Information you provide on this form is used to manage your membership with SCANZ and provides the identification information that feeds into many of your interactions with SCANZ, and our affiliate organisations (SCA Inc in the USA and SCA Ltd in Australia) as part of the broader SCA community. It is held in a database that is shared between SCANZ and SCA Ltd for the purposes of managing your information with our shared Kingdom. The affiliate organisations outside of New Zealand may not have the same privacy protections as we do under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.

We collect your contact details in order to communicate with you about your membership (including providing you with a membership card), and as a requirement under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. If you do not provide this information, we cannot provide you with membership.

Newsletter and magazine subscriptions other than Pegasus (the Kingdom newsletter) are NOT available through SCA New Zealand. Contact the US registry directly to subscribe to Compleat Anachronist, Tournaments Illuminated or the newsletters of other kingdoms.
